RCI exchanged vacation

I have a wine country vacation in Sonoma CA that I exchanged my Aruba timeshare for. I am unable to go, am I allowed to sell it thru Redweek.com since it is not my own home resort?

No, rentals or sells of exchanged weeks aren't allowed by RCI or II.
