Question

I Have a time share in white week & I booked my week on the 6.th of September ( next Friday ) but when a called them they told me to call a week before my booking date to give them a fax number so they would send me my booking information ,, unfortunate I have been trying to call them for 2 days now no answer , I really need some help , time is ticking and I don't want to go & reach the hotel then they tell me I don't have a reservation ..

Who are you trying to call? You say it's a hotel .... although this is a timeshare discussion I've never heard of a hotel not answering calls.

Zahabia Hotel & Resort in Hurghada I'm calling the company & the resort itself no one answers ..
