If you fully own your timeshare week and want to get out of it, can you THEN do a quit claim deedback?

You can quit claim the deed to someone else but you have to have someone who will take over the ownership. You just can't sign the quit claim and be off the hook. You can contact your home resort and ask them if they will take it back through a " deed back " which is actually a quit claim but they agree to take it back. Some resorts do that. Make sure you get in touch with the right party if you decide to call them.

If you're referring to using a quit claim deed to deed it back to the resort ..... this won't happen if they won't take it back.
