What do you do when they are combining units in your property and you are losing your time share unit/week?
Hi, they are taking the remaining few smaller units in our property and making them into larger units. We love our two person unit and come every year and use it, and there will be no comparable units left when they change it. We never could afford a bigger unit, and now we just don't know what to do. Any advice or anyone been through this? We are shocked and really unhappy since they took our unit and renovated it last year and we were unable to use it. We were put into another unit (not even one days warning that they were taking our unit away for the week) that we did not like as much at all. Now after just renovating it, they are going to completely get rid of it! We just do not know what to do, we are so upset. Thanks for any suggestions or help.

Did you sign a contract when you bought your week? Was it a fixed week? If so, there's no way, legally, that they can take the unit away from you. You probably need to consult an attorney.
