timeshare remodel cost

I feel the cost of the recent remodels was very high. We had a 4 bedroom 2 week at and it cost us only 1200.00. The managers sent a breakdown as to how that money was spent. The amount that was charged by Hillside was 7 greater then that and to date I have seen no break down as to where the money went. I want to have a copy of the lawsuit they say they filed and a breakdown of expenses.
