LaCabana Beach Resort and Casino in Aruba and renting there

Jan 29, 2014

Is payment made to the resort or the owner? Is payment made in advance or at check-in/checkout? How does one key a key to the rental property? How much % wise or $ wise is the tax? Is there a damage deposit? If so, how much is it? Is housekeeping, ie: maid service, part of the rental agreement? Are beach towel supplied? As a renter, can we use the entire complex? A review by a previous renter would be nice, thanks.

If you are renting from an owner payment is made to the owner, not the resort.

The owner should have a rental agreement stipulating the terms of the rental and signed by both the owner and the renter. Once the renter agrees to the stipulations, signs the contract and sends it to the owner, the owner will then notify the resort and the rental unit will be put in the renter's name.

The only cost to you would be what the owner is requesting in their ad.

That depends if a damage deposit is included in the owner's contract.

Yes, you pay only the rental rate listed in the ad.

That would be up to the resort .... resorts do supply swimming pool towels.

Yes

Find the resort you're looking for here in the rental ads .... there should be reviews there.
