How do I set up the rental agreement and payment?

I just posted my week today and did have a request if it was still available. I was planing to ask for a bank check for payment. Is there a rental agreement that I should create and send? Please advise. nancyc682

'search forums' for a sample rental agreement stipulating the terms of such ... you can re-word it to your desires if you wish and it's to be signed by both you and the renter.

I am looking into to renting, but am wondering if you are able to email requests directly to the TS owner. Also, being so new to the process, does the rental fee paid per the agreement include resort taxes and fees?

Are resort fees paid to the resort when you check in, (once you have paid the rental fee of course), or is that fee included in the rental amount? Sorry, I'm new to this.

In Redweek's ads the owner's email address is listed, so yes you would be contacting the owner.

The rental fee listed in the ad is paid to the owner of the week, not to the resort .... the ad should include all fees that are to be paid to the owner .... the only thing you would need to do at the resort is to check in with the confirmation information of the week in your name.
