We traded into the HHVillage and got the worst studio room you can imagine. What a rip for what we gave RCI. The window wouldn't open, we were next to the elevators and w/dryer room. No view. My husband finally lifted the window out of the frame and set it on the floor so we could get some air. Horrible place and the timeshare rep told us that while we were affiliated with HGVC, they could take it away anytime they wanted to negating our investment, so we had better get a "real" membership! With tactics like that why would we want to buy more? He even said we got the worst room they had so we would want to buy better! Do you want to rent a chair on the beach for extra? Use their lagoon for anything for extra $$. It is nickle and dime all the way. And the staff won't even acknowledge a good morning or smile! They seem to hate their jobs and all the tourists. That to me indicates bad management practices. We traded a 2 bedroom Waikoloa Bay Club for that! No more Honolulu for us.
