Why are the Westin properties so active in the resale market and other properties have zero listings?

I have been looking at properties all over and the Westin and Marriot seem to be the most active in listings for rental and resale. Why are so may other properties dormant on Redweek?

Westin and Marriott are name brand resorts and as such they still have value where many non name brand resorts have little value.
