Never heard of them, but I did notice a discrepancy on their website .... it said they had been in business since 1995 but their website was developed in 2005. Also, I don't know what resort you are looking at, but if it's not a name brand (such as Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, 4-Seasons etc) then I wouldn't pay much for a generic timeshare .... many are being given away... just do your homework before signing anything.

Timeshare Resales USA shares an address with and is run by the same people who ran CHL Marketing, which was better known as GMAC Real Estate Timeshare Division.

Most (if not all) of the companies you can trace back to these people have had multiple complaints filed against them with the state (157 with the Division of Consumer Services alone), and have already been involved in several investigations and lawsuits.
