I have no clue

I bought 50 points from pueblo bonito sunset beach in June 2011. I have never done anything with them. I never ever got a certificate of ownership. The only thing I know is that I don't want to even try to play this game. But here I am. I can't get response from pb. Is this right to use or deeded? does it expire? First year of use was 2012. Is this totally lost? Should I consider 2014 a loss too? Week is biennial. Do i have to use it only on even years? What does "red" mean? floating week. Is there any time i can't use it? How can i begin to sell this is i don't even know this info? Please help!

Do you have any of your original paperwork? It should answer some of your questions.

Most Mexican timeshares are rtu, not deeded. If you have a biennial week that had a first year use of 2012 you own an even year. If you didn't bank your week with an exchange company it is lost. If you can't travel this year you might want to look into banking your 2014 week but that often involves extra fees for exchange company membership.

You won't be able to sell it and you would need to pay off anything that is owed before you would be able to give it away. Mexican studios have very little if any value. There are a lot of owners from this resort at tugbbs.com that could probably help you with your questions.

It's paid for. I'd hate to think that I spent 7600 $ with no poss of any return onmy money. Sellmytimeshare.com said I could get 6-7 k out of it if I give very them 1200 upfront. I would think that someone would want it to add to their pueblo bonito points. I am going to try to sell it through someone that doesn't charge upfront fees, although it's real hard to get a hold of anyone In this game

Here are the recently closed ebay sales at your resort. Most included closing and transfer fees. Some also included one years usage with MF's already paid.
