Northwynd selling Lake Okanagan Resort

Has anyone heard of any class action law suits against Northwynd? We have just been told that we can not use our weeks banked at Lake Okanagan because the resort has been sold. When we were told we could only use the weeks at Fairmont Hot Springs, we tried to book there so we wouldn't lose our weeks and were told there was no availability and probably wouldn't be. This is outrageous. The BBB gives this company and F rating. If there are any owners involved in any legal actions against this company please let me know. I'm furious!
