Week 52

I was thinking on buying a fixed week 52 in Orlando due to the high rci trading power (54) of that week. If I chose to spacebank my week, can the resort choose to give me any week they want, similar to my current situation with my floating week.

If it is a true fixed week, they shouldn't be able to deposit something different. A lock off week 51 or 52 that can be deposited with RCI will give you even more bang. Week 52 rents out better than 51 but RCI gives just about the same tpu's.
