we own a two bedroom Grand Luxxe unit with another couple. We are supposed to be able to reserve 32 rounds of golf while using our unit. First of all we can never get a unit in the Grand Luxxe and therefore have to trade down to the Grand Mayan. This is not a terrible problem since it is well located on the property and gives us the option of staying an extra week. However, we cannot get ANY golf time. We send our request 60 days in advance as required and are told that it is totally unavailable. Any others have this problem...if so what did you do?

Is 60 days in advance the earliest or the latest you can reserve. If you can reserve earlier, try requesting earlier. Can you wait list?

60 days is the earliest you can request tee times. In the past we have been able to get reservations, but this year it has been impossible and toi make it wors they do not reply to your requests
