Buying/selling Om Villas

Does anyone out there have any experience with buying or selling via the website omvillasstjohn.com? They have multiple Westin St. John villas for resale, but I haven't been able to find much about them on the internet, which is a little worrisome. They have a villa we are interested in, but I'm slightly hesitant based on the lack of available information out there.

Hi I have been dealing with them as I recently posted my timeshare for sale. They seem professional. And I have a friend who rented from them and they were quite happy.

HI We own a studio at the Westin St John (week 18) and have rented it out using OM. They are reliable.

You can't go wrong by using an in house rental program. I do that with my timeshare occasionally and I have never had a problem. It costs a few dollars but it's safe. I don't trust outside rental companies. There are too many scammers out there.
