Wyndham Ocean Walk Daytona

I am new to timeshares. We are interested in purchasing a resale for Wyndham Ocean Walk Daytona, however, finding them difficult to find. Does anyone know how difficult it is to get reservations there? Would we be better off purchasing somewhere else and booking there 10 months out?
