Timeshare Transfers Boulder Colorado-did NOT deliver as promised-any suggestions?

Timeshare Transfers in Boulder, Co. said they would liquidate two timeshares for me. The made a deed for the first one but did not pay the transfer fees. The second one they have done nothing. I was told I need a lawyer. Anyone have any referrals to a lawyer? I'm in California.

NEVER pay anyone money upfront to transfer a title out of your name. NEVER believe that an attorney can get you out of your contract just because they claim they can. Phony attorney and paralegal scams are rampant in this industry. Scammers are everywhere in the timeshare business now. To avoid losing your money NEVER pay anyone money upfront and you can't lose your money.
