time share sale scams
Oh yes they contacted us, claiming they had a buyer for 18 units in Bel Aire and the price was about what we had paid. They buyer would reimburse us for any fees that would be charged such as a processing fee and sales taxes, etc. They are purely fraudulent; be aware.
Any one else experienced them? Names are Michael Lopez, Charles W Duncan and Richard Seebach, Brian Murphy and Jessica Hayes.

This is the exact outline of the typical resale scam. As for anyone else experiencing this company or the people there, remember that these names are probably not their real names and that these scam companies change names frequently.
So it does not matter what their name is, if they want any sort of an upfront fee to sell or rent out your unit, it's a scam.
