Do not use this company. Rented my unit, tenant paid escrow company in FULL before occupancy, cancelled less than 48 Hrs before occupancy and now dispute the credit card charges. The best is....no response or help from anyone including RedWeek!

Yes . Was satisfactorily resolved. The title company should not have with held the payment. The credit card dispute that the tenant had imposed was found to be not valid. Still, that should have been the companies issue to resolve and not passed to me.

redWeek intervened and saw that it was resolved. Thank you. You may remove my post
