Do not rent your unit thru this company. Followed all instructions. Used their escrow company and paid their fee and guess what...not getting my money and no response from anyone.
Don't do it! Too bad you already paid the $ to be members. Will be contacting Marriott on Monday

You aren't renting through Redweek. This is an advertising site predominately a for rent by owner site. Sorry you are having problems. Did you have signed rental agreement with a clearly stated no refund for cancellations? This really can happen renting though any service or doing it yourself. Just because they disputed doesn't mean that they will win their dispute.

I assure you, there are many people at RedWeek involved in resolving the issue you are having with First American and your renter ASAP. We have never seen a chargeback used as a cancellation method before, and it is completely unacceptable. Please know we are doing everything in our power to get a good outcome for you on this.

It actually is RedWeek. We used first American Title at their recommendation to do the lease and act as escrow agent. The tenant disputed thru American Express. First aAmerican apologized for involving U.S. According to RedWeek, we should have been paid. It seems to be working out. We will be paid. Handled poorly by title, but in the end RedWeek stepped up to the plate, contacted title and we should be receiving our check today!
