I have never rented from Red week before and was wondering if there is any recourse if you have an issue. Is there an area with FAQ about rentals? Any advice would be appreciated?

I rent several a year. I am providing my week to you to rent, but I have no pull at the resort for problems. As long as you have the size unit we quoted , for the amount of days rented, my job is complete. I always state that any problems one would have must be handled at the front desk. (things can and will happen) Just like a hotel stay. I do say that if the resort was closed down for some reason and they could not gain assess to the resort, I could help out at that time only. I can't help with traveling issues , airlines, or personal reasons that might cancel or shorten a stay. One should read reviews and investigate the resort on line. With todays technology , it's not that hard to make sure your renting a reputable place. Our resorts bend over backwards to help any way they can.

I'm more concerned with week not being switched to my name or the resort not allowing me to check in. I totally understand that things happen and that No one can guarantee type of room or anything like that.

I have a confirmation email I share with the reservation , I change the name on our web-sight putting in the new info with your name / info on the reservation. Email you the new confirmation letter with your name on the reservation and at that time you can call the resort front desk and confirm this is in your name. If I don't get paid I can put my name back on the reservation, I just want my place rented , you want a place to go, it's pretty easy.
