Selling Newport Coast timeshare
You can advertise at whatever price you want. You won't be successful at selling for your cost or higher if you bought from the developer. Even if you bought resale, you will incur a loss if the current market is less than what you paid for your timeshare.
If you advertise but fail to find a buyer at a price you are willing to accept, then you will incur the additional expenses of becoming a redweek member and the advertising cost. There are no money back guarantees for the sale and rental listings.

A loss on what? Are you talking about the original price you paid? Remember that most timeshares are selling for well under $1000 and many are being given away.
Whatever you do, never pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell your timeshare. There are many scam operations out there that claim they can get big bucks for your timeshare if you pay them their upfront fee but don't be fooled.
And you can use RedWeek to sell almost any timeshare. But remember that RedWeek is just an advertising site. It allows potential buyers to see your ads and then contact you if they're interested.
