Hi. We just joined Red Week and I would like to offer our time share week for rental next year. As I understand it, renters will not be required to take the all-inclusive meal and drink plan that they would if they rented through the resort or a travel service. Our unit is a two bedroom, two bath villa with complete kitchen on the third floor with ocean and pool view that sleeps 6. I want to be fair and I want it to rent, but I don't want to undercharge. Any ideas would be appreciated.
