Things I should receive from purchasing a Wyndham Timeshare resale

Hello,

I am brand new to this whole timeshare resale process and I just want to make sure we aren't being scammed or anything. Has anyone went through a Wyndham resale process with a third party (Global Resort Transfer). What are you suppose to receive from the previous owner and third party (Global Resort Transfer)? What am I suppose to receive from Wyndham?

I have received the recorded deed and the membership card but not the title or any formal contract with Wydnham.

Also we are missing point from our renewal in July. Could it be the previous owner, the third party Transfer (Global Resort Transfer) or Wyndham?
