Is Redweek part of RCI? To do exchanges, do I need to join RCI separately as well as Redweek?

No, RedWeek is not associated with RCI. If you want to exchange a timeshare week through RCI then you would need to be an RCI member, but you do not need to be a member of RedWeek.

The RedWeek website is for timeshare owners and travelers who want to rent, sell, or buy timeshare weeks.
