If I rent through Redwee at an all-inclusive resort, are amenities included in rental price or do I have to pay additional? Thank you

What do you mean by "[renting] through Redweek"? Are you renting from RedWeek or someone advertising on RedWeek? If you're renting from an owner who is advertising on RedWeek, you would be best off contacting that owner and asking.

If the resort in question is affiliated with RCI, you can go to RCI's website and look up that resort. It will likely tell you whether the resort is AI mandatory or optional. If it is mandatory, then likely the AI fee (which is usually unreasonably high) will not be included. One reason is that with a rental price, the number of people staying there can vary whereas AI fees are per person.
