It is entirely unclear to me from your subject line exactly what "paperwork" you are even referring to in the first place. Are you a buyer or a seller, perhaps referring to a sales contract? Are you an owner or a renter, perhaps referring to a rental agreement?
If you are a seller (or a buyer), details of new deed preparation and recording, escrow of transaction funds, transfer fee payment, resort notification after new deed recording are, in my personal opinion, all best left to a professional resale timeshare closing company. Amateurs make mistakes and those mistakes, once officially recorded, can be quite time consuming to correct and resolve. You surely want it all done right --- the FIRST time.
