We currently have a floating week in a time share in Breckenridge Colorado. We are willing to pay all closing costs and are not looking to make any money, We just want out of the maintenance fee obligation every year. What is our best option to get rid of this unit?

We currently offer two options for posting your timeshare on our website. For more information on these options, please go to the "Resources" tab on our website: https://www.redweek.com/resources

Have you tried contacting the resort's Homeowners' Association (HOA) and asking if they will take your unit back? They might ask you to pay closing costs and possibly the next maintenance fee.
Besides here on RedWeek, you can also advertise your unit for sale or giveaway on E-Bay, Craigslist, My Resort Network, or Timeshare Users Group (aka "TUG"; tugbbs.com) where they have a Bargain Deals section that allows you to advertise for free that you want to give your unit away.
Just do not pay any of these firms that claim they can "cancel" your timeshare. They might be able to find another owner but that is something you can do yourself for a lot less money.
