Royal Holiday horrible timeshare experience
My wife and I were pitched, the sale of our existing timeshare was a condition of purchase at Royal Holiday . The salesperson misled us about the guarantee to sell our existing timeshare for $62,750. We didn't get the guarantee until we were leaving after signing the contract. The guarantee was for no more than to list the property for sale for $62,750. We talked about the RCI bonus weeks we were getting. We talked about the cost of $179 or $189 a week. Nothing was said about having to pay maintenance fees first .We were told we were getting a $90,000 annuity. We then found later it was an "anticipated" annuity. When you look back to see all the slimy sales tactics playing on our emotions and when good questions were asked about risk and financial commitment or guarantees of pay back the way the sales men to conned us deflected every time. After many useless calls, We decided to act by our side. We hired "Mexican timeshare solutions" to cancel our timeshare and after 3 months, we were free from all the payments, maintenances fees or any relation with Royal Holiday. Be aware, do not hire any company to sell your timeshare all of them are scam and they work together with the resort And never pay anything in advance. It was a hard lesson to learn but we did. We had our doubts because in some websites we read that Mexican timeshare Solutions, charged in advance, but since we had our free consultation with them, they clarified us that we do not have to pay anything in advance until our contract is canceled and that these comments were placed by the resort that wants to stains the image of them and prevent people from canceling their timeshare contracts with them. So ignore those comments, have your free consultation and cancel your contract!!

larrya240 is a low life SCAMMER !!! All they want to do is lure you to their website. They will promise you the world to get your credit card or bank information and then they spring their trap. Just going to their website lets them hack into your computer. These low lives have been posting these stories in the forums for years now luring victims to their SCAM !!!
The " free " consultation is the trap to get you isolated so they can rip you off . Ask yourself why he mention that you should ignore someone warning of the SCAM !!! They will send you false paperwork that states they have a contract . Anyone can make false paperwork the scam you .

Maybe it's just a coincidence, but a totally unconvincing shill also named Larry was recently exposed and run off of the forums at Timeshare User Group after spouting unconvincing fairy tales of non-existent success with an upfront fee "escape / solution" entity. There is no way to know if THIS Larry is the very same shill / parasite, but it doesn't really matter. This "Larry" is nonetheless also a shill / parasite whether or not he is the same lying weasel already very promptly run off of the TUG forums with his tail between his legs.
I was born very early in the morning "Larry" --- but it certainly was not YESTERDAY morning. Crawl back into your worm hole "Larry", would you please?

It's too bad that we never hear how much this "magic" that MTS does costs the consumer. I guess Larry and his compatriots don't care to tell.
If anybody wants to know what kind of jerks work for MTS - just go to www.complaintsboard.com. Look for the bogus profile of "Debycole." Deby has 145 comments about dozens of timeshares. Every comment directs the reader to go to the MTS website to get their timeshare problems solved. There are others - but "Debycole" is the most prolific. It's too bad that honesty is not required to post on the internet.

While this could be entirely possible, keep in mind that there is a shill who pops up on these RedWeek forums with this cookie cutter post. The person just keeps coming up with a different screen name. The cookie cutter post(s) always mention that the poster was coerced into a sales presentation, held there for hours on in, purchased based on lies, tried to rescind, tried to get out of the purchase, and then Mexican Timeshare Solutions magically came to the rescue and miraculously got the purchaser out of his timeshare.
Every time another legitimate poster here on RedWeek asks questions or challenges the claims, there is no answer. All that person does is come back in a few weeks and starts another thread under a new name with the same old story.
I have tried reporting this to the mods but they have told me that the poster is not technically violating any posting rules or doing anything illegal so removal of such threads could be unfairly stifling free speech and could lead to problems for RedWeek.
