Renting DVC on Redweek

Jun 02, 2017

I usually search for information on renters. I found a DVC rental available when we can go. The price is great. I am trying to find out what I can do to protect myself with the transaction. I have rented other timeshares and DVC. I just have not done it through Redweek.

What can I do to protect myself.

Scott -

If the rental posting is not a RedWeek full-service posting, then you have two options to complete a transaction:

The first is to use the escrow services of First American Title: Escrow

The other is to conduct a private transaction, and we provide the recommended steps here: Private Rental Process

With either option, we always recommend you have a rental agreement in place.

Although we do not vouch for or recommend any person using our website, if you Contact Us with the posting number, we can let you know how long they have been a RedWeek member and if we have any complaints on their account.
