I need a rental agreement to use for the buyer to sign. I am not one week out so I cant use the escrow company.

You can find a sample rental agreement right on this RedWeek site. It's a very simple, one size fits most, fill in the blanks 3 page contract, prepared in MS Word if I recall correctly. I believe that it fails to state a prohibition on any "sub-lease", but is otherwise quite adequate --- and it's free to RedWeek members.

If you can't find the rental agreemenrt on your own, send a message to RedWeek staff (use the "contact us" link at the bottom line of this page) and a RedWeek representative will surely direct you right to the sample rental agreement which is available on this site.

I read the information you sent but I was looking for an actual contract that contained the information in the form of an actual rental agreement
