Renting time shares that have mandatory all-inclusive

I'm new to Red Week. Does anyone have any experience renting a timeshare that has mandatory all-inclusive? I'm not sure how to post it? Thanks

What I do is let the person know what the cost is and explain it in the body of the listing. Once I make a reservation at my resort I have the person call direct and pay for the all Inclusive themselves over the phone directly to the resort I let them know that the reservation is not confirmed until the All Inclusive fee is paid.
