Is there a way to know how much rentals end up being rented for? I see a lot of listings for different things but I can't tell how often those prices are met or rented out. On sites like ebay, they have a completed listings to give an idea of actual sold items prices. Is there something similar to this for timeshare rentals? I'm trying to decide the price and how often a particular property is snatched up at different times of the year.
