New Regal Vistas Owner Have some Questions I hope I can get answers to.

I have a Biennial Even and Biennial Odd on Week #7. I was told it was a popular week. My maintenance fees are $495. I feel like there is a fee for everything. There is a fee for RCI and then a fee when ever you do something, a fee to save your points. It seems to be a big headache. I want to learn everything there is on how to use and get the most out of this timeshare.

It’s been awhile. I am a long-time RCI owner currently owning 2 bedroom Regal Vista at Massanutten. The dollar amount you lay out is reasonable especially if you take advantage of RCI’s resorts. Outside the pandemic in normal times if you take 1 or more Extra Vacations per year you’ll save the cost of membership.
