"Dream Vacation Travel" purchasing time shares

Anyone had experience with a company called Dream Vacation Travel wanting to purchase timeshares? I received a call from them and an offer that seems much too high. They stated that we would owe them 8% commission "after" we receive payment for the sell. Seems fishy to me....

Definitely a scam. It has all the signs of the typical resale scam including an unexpected telemarketing call and an offer that's too good to be true. If they want an 8% commission, it would be paid to them out of the proceeds of the sale and not out of your pocket.
