I want to be realistic when I post my unit..where can I find sales data?

This page includes sales and rental data from the time we started collecting it, so I would also suggest to browse through the current postings on your timeshare's resort page for similar size units and week, then be sure to price competitively.

Another suggestion would be to look on E-Bay for completed sales. Don't just look at the listing prices but completed sales for similar units in the resort you own. That will give you an idea of what such units are selling for. Many owners are delusional and list high prices but never actually sell for such prices.
