Via USPS on 5/18/18, we received an URGENT message from the Accounting Division. Both Official Notification and Code numbers were printed on the outside of the single 8-1/2 x 11" sheet of paper folded in half and gummed.

Inside, under the heading IMPORTANT it said that "our records show that the benefits of your timeshare ownership may have been represented" and that we "may qualify for abatement or rising maintenance fees," etc. Not only that, we learned that "there is an introductory new program controlling institutions do not want you to know about that will allow timeshare owners abatement of their liabilities" and that "it is imperative that you contact us on or before 6/8/18 at 1-800-4. 80-3675.

Our hands shaking with excitement ;-) we punched in the number. The operator who answered would not tell us the name of the company until we gave her our QUALIFYING CODE NUMBER. The company: Nationwide Settlement Solutions, located in Springfield, Missouri. *click*

I can only hope that others who receive this used chicken feed will toss it where it belongs.

We used to cal them post card companies . Looks like they upgraded to full sheets of gummed paper but it's still the same SCAM .
