HAS ANYONE MADE A LIST OF QUESTIONABLE RESELLERS?

I tried to make a search of the forums for a list of questionable resellers and renters. Is there one out there?

I read many forums and one topic,complaint or question were about many companies that members had questions about or reports of, various activities or violations. That is alot of reading

If there is no list, how about making one so that we can look up as a reference as to a company or reseller is reliable or not?

The company could be listed by name and State The could have a positive and Negative columns beside it. and rated by the paid members (so that names and identities can be somewhat verified by Redweek ??) It could be dated or updated daily or weekly.

Just a thought
