Customer service....seems like computer generated response

I have contacted customer service 4 times now and keep getting the same response. On the Westin time share site it says pool is closed Sept. 10 to October 31, 2018 on my ad it says it is closed all of September and October. Since my rental goes into the first few days of September it seems as though the pool would be closed during your stay. They can't seem to correct this information. Or answer me like a machine over and over . And of course there is no one you can call to correct this misinformation.

rickc379 - Thanks for making us aware of this issue. Our full-service manager did some research and you will notice the note about the pool being closed has been removed from your posting. We have a toll-free number open Monday through Friday 8-4 PT, but since we are an internet based company you will usually get the quickest response any time or day of the week by using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page.
