How to make a reservation effective?

To date there are several people interested in my week for Aruba from August 11 to 18. Pay Red Week to take care of the process including the contract. But I do not see that they have made any reservation or requested any deposit. It's my first time at Red Week and I do not know how the operative part of the effective reservation works.
