Hello, how can I find out how much certain units at Ko Olina sold for in the past year?

It states that it doesn't show the floating weeks. Most seem to be floating weeks. Do you not sell those? Thx!

breth21: We do post and sell floating weeks, but because our resale history is by the week sold, floating weeks are not included. We suggest looking at what other owners are currently asking for similar size units to get an idea of an asking price. If using our full-service resale option, a broker will assist you in setting a sales price.

Thx I am not looking to sell. I am looking to purchase. I know that many of the units sold for less than the asking price. That is why I was asking. Thank you anyway.
