Trading Timeshares
We own week 51 at Parkway in Orlando but never go there. Through Interval we annually trade the week for the Marriott Grand Chateau (MGC) in Las Vegas. With the Parkway maintenance fee around $800 and the trading fee around $200, we actually come out ahead financially but would probably prefer to own at MGC due to concerns over availability. It seems like there would be others who have a similar situation. Couldn't Redweek be a "matchmaker" for a fee? It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to do.

Bill M - RedWeek did play "matchmaker" until 2012 when we shut the RedWish pages down. The time it took to monitor those pages for scammers and spammers made it cost prohibitive to maintain. The only way to "trade" your timeshare on our website would be to post your Parkway unit for sale and then purchase a resale unit from an MGC owner.
