Hello
I have just had 2 incidents where owners have raised their prices by $300-400 once contacted about renting out their timeshare. This is a very sneaky practice!! Has anyone else had a similar experience? I have used redweek for 3 or 4 years and have never had this happen before. It is very unfair and should not be allowed.

This certainly seems like an unethical (and despicable) practice, but RedWeek really has no say over private transactions which are not being conducted within their "full service" feature, so "should not be allowed" is not really an option for RedWeek to exercise ---- or so it would seem to me.
Maybe openly identifying the advertiser(s) involved would shame them into abandoning that greedy and unacceptable practice.
