How to search for wheelchair accessibility?

I would need a unit that has a roll-in shower and is wheelchair accessible. Does anyone know how I could search for a unit with those features?

Ariele K: Most resorts have some wheelchair-accessible rooms. Find out if the owner has an assigned unit, and if not, you could contact the resort directly to request this type of room.
