Deactivating Posting

I need to deactivate rental posting, will monies be refunded or kept as a credit till next posting?

I don't think so. If you either rented/sold or changed your mind then the money is spent. The only option you have is changing the dates on the rental but you can't change the resort and you can't turn off the time. It will expire or no longer be eligible to re-activate when the ad would have normally expired.
