Per the resort, the owner of the pet must bring the pet's paperwork, including the service dog certification and the dog must be checked out by a manager. The manager will confirm that the dog meets all the specifications. Please be sure to call the resort before checking in the service dog and arrive early to check dog in. There is always a manager available.
