So I just got done with the "pitch". They are trying to sell us on this 2 bed / 2 bath villa unit for a little under $19k. Based on ALOT of neg. reviews, is this a good deal?

Orlando timeshare market is so over sold you can pick up a resale for free and then you will be STUCK with the forever increasing maintenance fees and assessments for the rest of your life or until you can UNLOAD it on someone else .
