Status on SMTN fraud?

I have not been on this forum for quite a few months and wondered if there has been any Progress relating to obtaining refunds from these scams? I want to stay involved - we just had issues with our elderly dog and he has now passed away so I can get my focus back to “unfinished business” requiring my attention
