According to the resort the manager, a member must own a week to use the pool. There is a onetime (lifetime) fee of $1500 for joining through Interval International.
If the lifetime fee is not purchased. The pool/clubhouse fee is discounted one time at $300 a week from April 15th to May 15th with the corresponding owner week. The fee at any other time is normally $500 a week as long as the maintenance fees are current.
There is also a $25 fee to process paperwork by management, which is additional to the aforementioned prices for the pool facility.
