Selling Time Share
Read through the forums and you will see that your timeshare has little or no value on the resale market . Most owners would be happy if the resort takes it back for free . Contact your home resort and see if they will take it back .. Every January there is a rush of people wanting out of their timeshares because the maintenance fees come due .

RedWeek is a very effective site for listing and selling timeshares. Other effective ones are E-Bay, Craigslist, My Resort Network, and Timeshare Users Group (aka "TUG"). Just do not pay any company a large, upfront fee to sell your timeshare. Those are scams.
Besides what was pointed out above, another way to find out what your unit is worth on the resale market is to log into your E-Bay account (if you have one)and look for completed listings of similar units at the resort where you own. That will tell you what they sold for as opposed to listing prices. When you find that out, you will have to list your price accordingly.
